haha i just did the itunes thing
i click on this category called STEVES music
and its got a buttload of music
1. I dont know how it got there
2. I dont know anyone named steve
3. I dont like this crappy music
can someone explain why this is on my comp?
is it like a sample of crappy music or something?

i think its a sample list of music
computers brand new and it says 58.6 GB of music so i really dont think its from my computer

I got three "sample tracks" that i'd never seen before. they were like "track_01, track_02, track_03" I just deleted them.

You can right click on the songs in your library and then click on the "show file location" option or just click on song info and it will have a section saying where the song is on your computer.
Second thing, iTunes lets you share music over a local network. Your mystery buddy, Steve, might be a neighbor of yours and you might be just sharing his music, especially if it is delineated on the left hand side of the screen, being separate from your library.
If you want, you can disable sharing music from the preferences menu, but keep in mind that you can take advantage of this feature (through some hacks) and permanently download other people's music.
