i did an offer (toppik) and recieved no credit. i waited 15 days and took out a support ticket. that was january 30th. now, 20 days later, there is still no response from freepay. is this standard operating procedure? how long does it take them to respond to you?

A day or 2 ago is sunday or saturday. They don't work on the weekends.

Or federal holidays, since they are in DC. Plus, you have to give Jake some leeway. For every legitimate PM that he gets, worth his time looking in to, he has 100 stupid ones with people complaining about not having their xbox360 yet.
