I had run in to some apparent troubles at giftcards.freepay and had asked them why they put me on hold. After receiving a generic response, I opened up another support ticket and this time they just closed it...their response was simply a blank space. I really think I deserve to know how and why I was put on hold and not simply be ignored!

Does anyone know if constantly opening up a support ticket will help me at all?
