Placed on hold?

I have been placed on hold for a week now with know update from Gratis on this. I have sent them two messages to no avail. How long does it take to get off hold or find out why you can't. I feel like I am wasting my time.

I sent them a hand written letter, and was taken off of "hold" pretty quickly.

Maybe I should try that but its just pointless because thats too much work, there is no real reason I should be on hold anyway. Gratis just loves to take your referral money then put you on hold I guess. I am on hold WITHOUT reason of course.

Someone had to say it. Thanks for the letter writing tip. I'm not getting credit on one of their sites and its been over a week so I'm gonna try it.

NM. They just gave me credit like, 2 mins ago. Anyways, letter writing sounds like a good way to be taken seriously, at least until they start getting swamped with mail. Great idea.

I know there are people who claim to have received free iPods. I have decided there is no credibility to this offer after the lack of response from gratis. If its too good to be true, it is.

Yep... sometimes too patient. But I'm hoping here soon.

I hope we don't have to do the 2 month wait like the others did that were August STV dates.

BTW, are you using iTunes with your iPod?
