I believe that the situation is being taken care of in some fashion. I don't think there is a lawsuit involved but my superiors are aware of this and are dealing with it.

you know the only reason they did it is hoping that someone who has seen or done a freepay site will recognize that layout, mistake giftfiesta as freepay and you can guess the rest.
