One of my friends (referrals) completed an offer (True.com) but after 15 days did not get a green.
He said he filed for manual credit on Monday, I was just curious how long it take for manual credit to process on freepay?
Other than opening the support ticket on freepay does he have to do anything else?

i also had a ref submit for manual credit and was wondering the same thing. How long for manual credit to credit?

in my experience....less than a day....ive had three manuel credits and all got credited very fast...

I kind of remember reading somewhere that a confirmation e-mail of some sort has to be sent, is that true? And who/how would you sent that ?

i neer received any e-mails...just got my credit....not sure if i was just overlooked though....

Hmm...I've been trying 2 days to get manual credit
customer support just says something completely unrelated and closes my tickets.
hmmmmm. This is REALLY upsetting me.

hmm Absolut that is weird man. Some people just get manual credit right away and others don't.
I didn't. I can't understand how they can just close a support ticket without even responding to it. TWICE! and before the 2nd time I specifically said please do not close this issue yet until it's resolved. Their response? CLOSE THE TICKET!
