Refer before going green yourself?

I've been waiting for weeks to go green on an offer I did under somebody's Mac Mini referal. I have a few people lined up to sign up under me, and I see that the referal link is on my account, but is there any potential problems with having people go green under your account when you yourself are not yet green? I wouldn't want there to be a problem, obviously, and I'm not sure if there needs to be that whole correct order of things going on. Thanks

they can go green if you are not, you may go green whenever u feel like and it wont affect the process ;)
