After Undergoing Routine Maintenance Ref deleted

Great, after the routine maintenance they deleted a ref of mine. It was my Cousin who registered one hour before the site went offline. At first, he registered for Xbox and he is still in my list, but he also signed for PSP and Laptop. Last night he was in my list and now they erased him. So, what's next? Any chance of getting him back or should i just keep quite and punch my head against the wall til my anger is gone?
