My friend signed up for the Blockbuster program and sent me a link but the Blockbuster offer was not available. I have not done it, but my friend did.
Will people I refer be able to sign up for the Blockbuster program?
I experienced an error when first posting, so I trimmed it down and tried again. Sorry if it is double posted.

its pretty much random. some people will get it and others wont.

some of the offers are available sometimes and not others, check the site at different times of the day for different offers

my friend asked me to sign up, so I did, but I really wanted the blockbuster program because that is a service I would use anyway. Signing up for in with the free ipod program would have been an ideal situation, where it has more than one benefit.

I signed up for the 40 gig instead of a ipod mini so I thought maybe it was more for that.

the ipod my friend and I signed up for was the 40 gig ipod photo, so that is why there is 10 needed. I'd prefer the 5 people and 20 gig. Can I still sign up for that?
