Uhh.. Well, I just did this offer on freedigitalcameras and I didn't get any email which they promised after I had finished signing up.
Umm... Awkward.
So how do I prove that I signed up if I don't get any emails? they did charge my creditcard however.

but when u go to do it, it says $5.95 or something per day trial
