How do you request manual credit after your offer hasn't been creditted or 15 days?

If it is Freepay, you can go to the Help section, and then follow the links regarding requesting manual credit. It will ask you if you have waited 15 business days, and if you cancelled the offer, if you have waited and not cancelled, then you can fill out a cs ticket and they will credit you if you have. You can copy the confirmation email you got for completing the offer into the box there, that helps. Good luck.

make sure you copy the Headers of the confirmation email too. A header is the "to, from, topic, date sent" lines of the email.

Actually pretty sure freepay requires Full headers. That includes all the other info as well. Usually there will be link that says view full headers. This shows all the origin IP and what not.
and it is no guarantee that they will credit if it has been 15 days and you havent cancelled. they are telling me 15-30 MORE days after 15 days after I signed up and the week they took to respond. this is crazy with the new 90 day limit

it took me 45 days after signing up to get manual credit the only time i had to do that. luckily that was before the 90 day time limit.
