Hey iam a German Freebier! At first a Question did you know if I refer someone from the USA with a german Ref LiNK (for example this Xbox link) Is it possible that he will be green? Please help me because i need some referrals! HELP MEEEEEEE

Yes, you can refer American people using your German account as long as they are legitimate referrals.

There is a trading post here where you can trade for referrals.
Maybe if you can find german friends that can do free ipods you can offer to trade here for you 360
