I searched for the answer, but didn't find it. If we are under the age of eighteen, (im 17) , are we still legally allowed to fill out and submit teh form, or would my parents have to fill it out. I have a job and know that it would be considered income, and ill be taxed on it when that comes around. Thanks.

Unless you make a certain amount of money, you probably won't have to pay any taxes on it. Also, yes, you can fill a W-9 out at any age.
I had to ask my dad this same question (he is a CPA).
