My status just changed to Sent to Vendor Waiting on Product . Is that a general message or is the waiting on product just for the nano?

It depends, sometimes you can be STV for a long time if the vendor doesn't have any in stock. Or, it can change from processing to STV to shipped in a matter of hours. Search around the form to see if you can find wait times for the nanos from freepay. good luck.
