It seems to be region, but they keep skipping various parts of the US... like Utah and Texas. Now NJ is shipping, but yet some other places haven't yet.
And there's scattered people in parts that have shipped that haven't yet, like someone from Oregon.

correct me if i'm wrong but even if you picked hpod, you are getting an apple. the hpod offer was a temporary thing, they arent shipping them anymore
