it's been 15 days and i still haven't recieved credit for an offer?
i know i have to request manual credit but how do i do that?

i found out it only works in internet explorer
there are some input fields that don't show up in other browsers

usually only a couple of days...they got back to my ticket for missing credit within 2 or 3 days i think
