I am from Canada and my friend who wants to sign up under me for ipods.freepay.com is from the USA. Though before she signs up she wants to know what are the best offers available for Americans to complete, and refuses to sign up to check for herself. They wanted me to fax them all my info (maybe even SS, I'm not sure though) but I didn't even bother. I didn't want to give them any info that they didn't already have.
