Stamps.com bad service

does anyone have trouble calling the customer service line of stamps.com........ive called them twice now and had to wait over 20mins BOTH TIMES and still have NOT gotten in touch with anybody......

I did it a long time ago and I didn't have problems. You do wait a long time to get a person to talk to but you have to call early.

Yea, just leave the phone on speaker and do something else.... takes 20-45 minutes for them to pick up. I guess this is their way of deterring people from cancelling.

had same problem. First time i hung up and 2nd time i got it cancelled. I swear ill get a brain tumor before they pick up when im on my cell phone... lol

Yes they take A VERY LONG TIME. I called them once and it took 40 minutes for them to finally pick up. Once they did they were nice and easy.

Precisely, here's a tip

When you hear the voice, choose option 4.

If you choose option 1 and then option 2 for doing something that we are not allowed to talk about here, you'll for sure wait for a LONG ass time.

I did the latter and hung up after 30 minutes. Called RIGHT back, did the former, and was talking to a customer support operator in literally 1.5 minutes who was able to perform exact the task I needed to be performed in the former -p

Yeah it takes forever to talk to them, I called as soon as they opened and still waited about 15min for a rep.

I called once, waited 30 min, hung up - Called second time, waited 40 minutes and finally someone answered.

Wish I had known about this tip previously!! -)
