ok i refereed some1 but they only did the site to complete a trade and wont be working on the site for a lil while until he finishs his other site. will that affect my account. will he go red because he is not working on his site and only completed an offer

no, that won't affect u at all. if he wants to later he can come back and finish it, but if he descides to just leave it alone that's fine.
