I've had two people sign up and complete and offer through my referral link. But both have not been recorded as having signed up and visited the site nor completed an offer!!! This has happened twice. Is there any advice as how to correct this issue. I'm 100% SURE THEY signed up through my link.

cookies settings and most likely being rejected.
Gratis (and a crap load of other sites) uses cookies to track where you've been. This is how credit is applied to offers done.
I would enble cookies under your IE settings and then do the offer, then turn them off. This is what I do and have been successful 99% of the time.

jchae - Same thing happened to me. Its very frustrating.... They just tell you oh they didn't do it right. I was right freaking there when they did it. Then they give you some spill about how your referrals need to be unique etc... Its a crock. For everyone of you that gets an iPod there are 100 of us who are getting scammed.
