I'm only getting angrier.

im angry becasue they switched back to eCost . eCost SUCKS ASS! its the worst website ever

if you work for gratis and reading this www.newegg.com is the BEST! i wish gratis made a deal with newegg.

This freaking thing is supposed to be an XMAS present for my wife. Really getting me worried I am not going to see it before then.

You guys are making me nervous...I just went into processing today and was hoping to get mine before Xmas. I was thinking all 10/x's would get theirs this week (hopefully)

What makes me especially angry is that there is no logical reason they have given for the delays. Instead we get this
"We TOTALLY understand your frustration. The process of shipping is complex and we have recently switched vendors so that we can get products out of the door faster."

Shipping is complex huh? How many of you have ever ordered anything online(gratis order excluded)? That's real complex I'm sure. And it's not like there are shortages of ipods.

I guess it's better to shift the blame and take the delay rather then say "sorry guys, we have a piss poor business model and cant purchase all of the ipods we owe."

I think they just change vendors to get the best price and aren't at all that concerned with speed of shipping, obviously.

thats definitely a possibility because why else would they go through ecost.com.
