I would watch out for that offer. There was another offer on another site that I completed called Lean Life PM. Got charged $90 without my consent and have not gotten it back. They said I didn't cancel in time, but I did. They use a different calendar then normal people use. Very bad customer service on both the phone and the internet. They don't answer phones or emails. Check www.ripoffreport.com to see if Ultra Burn PM is legit or not. Bet you might find a complaint or two.

Yeah, I noticed that too, and had the same problem with LeanLife.

Leanlife is still trying to charge 99 to my paypal account like every month. They won't answer the phone and paypal doesn't do stop payments I don't think. Luckily they've been denied every time because I don't have the funds

People that do that shit ruin everything that this community has going for it. With so many people biting the hand that feeds us, we will soon be left without a hand for us to bite.

are you kidding me?
i was referred by this website to sign up for this offer
the second i signed up i started getting a ton of spam in a new gmail account that no one else has
i know it didn't come from freepay so it came from the site i signed up for which is the first thing that pissed me off
i paid my bill i got my free trial and now i don't want to continue but this offer has no way out
the email i got from them (which was filtered as spam by the way) had the wrong url to their website
it says go to www.ecurvesclubhouse.com but when you click the link it directs you to http//www.e-curvesclubhouse.com/ which you may notice DOES NOT EXIST
that right there is a shady buisiness practice
they want you to sign up for their offer and forget about it so they can keep charging you
so once you finally find out the correct website and use your username and password (which was in the email in your spam box) you click login and get a script error
luckily if you hit your back button then refresh you will be logged in
on the website there is no contact information anywere and in the FAQ it says to click a link to cancel but guess what.... THE LINK ISN'T THERE
THIS OFFER IS A SCAM
I URGE EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS OFFER
this has turned me off to this entire system
i will not sign up for anything on any of these free sites again
NOW
will someone please tell help me find out how to cancel this offer to avoid being charged by a company that i want nothing to do with after seeing their unethical buisiness practices
if this isn't the place to talk about it then what am i supposed to do?

This is why you read through the TOS before you sign up for anything.
theysayjump
08-01-2006 16:54:52
If you don't read the TOS before doing an offer, then it's your own fault if something goes wrong which may have been prevented by reading the TOS.
Also, please don't talk about cancelling offers. Anyone who does will result in the thread being locked, and a possible temp-ban also.

If you are considering this offer, please make a note of this post I just made in the Help section
http//forum.freeipodguide.com/viewtopic.php?p=303354
While I did receive credit for both offers, they make you jump through numerous hoops for cancellation and you must remember that you have to cancel both the autoship and the ecurves enrollment which is described in the TOS.

so far not so great for me and this offer. I signed up for it last week thinking it would be an instant credit like others have reported, but I still haven't received credit even though they charged my card. I called them to see why I haven't even received an email confirmation if they charged my card and they said they don't send any confirmations, I'll just get the free trail. I pushed the matter saying I needed it for my records and eventually she said they could send me something. I'm betting I never get anything via email about the confirmation which is going to be a problem if they don't credit me too. if on top of that they start charging me for other stuff I'm going to be very mad.

I had the same problem for video professor, check there site to see if you can email them and when they reply back you have your confirmation email! I emailed video professor saying, I would like you to send me a confirmation email for my order as I have not received one yet. They replied back with all the info and stuff. Freepay accepted it so it all worked out.

Make sure when you cancel you take names date and time. And call again to cancel if they don't send emails to verify cancellation. And keep EVERYTHING, If you use yahoo turn off that automatic delete for the bulk mail. Believe me I learned it the hard way.

I called them and asked for an email=, they said ok. that was days ago. I sent two emails to the email=customercare@leanlifepm.comcustomercare@leanlifepm.com, they said ok. that was days ago. I sent two emails to the email=customercare@leanlifepm.comcustomercare@leanlifepm.com/email asking for a confirmation to my order and have not received a reply (great customer care there!).
It's official; ultraburn is horrible. I called to cancel today (1/26) with the reason being that they are hard to get in touch with, do not respond to email and do not keep their promises of sending invoices when they say they will over the phone. The customer service rep LAUGHED AT ME! I told her that the laughter on the other end of the phone further enforces my lack of confidence in their company and product and she only laughed more. I figured I'd get a response like "I'm sorry sir, if I can get you a confirmation email can we still keep your membership active?!" apparently they've got enough people buying their product and don't care about actually keeping customers that have issues. Horrible offer! Keep your distance.

NO! Call back. They pulled the same mess with me the other day. It's a total lie. How do I know? Long story short, I was signed up for both Trugenix hoodia and ultraburn pm (same company). When I called last week to cancel the autoship on the hoodia, woman says, we don't see you here for that one, but we see you for ultraburn. Eventually, she found the hoodia record and cancelled it. Then I called this week to cancel the autoship on ultraburn and they gave me the same, we're not seeing your record. The next sentence out of her mouth was, "Call back Friday, you'll still have 3 days left on your trial." The strange part? I never told here when I signed up in the first place. I called back a couple of hours later, and lo and behold, they found my record. Still waiting/expecting some fraudulent charges. evil
