How accurate is Fedex's estimated delivery date?

How accurate is Fedex's estimated delivery date?

Anybody have any experience?

Fedex says my estimated delivery date is the 10th at 430pm... )

usually sooner, by at least a day, sometimes more...

Mine shipped the 5th, says the 10th for ETA, but tracking shows the package in my city tonight...so 2 days "early" for me.

UPS Is ALWAYS Accurate to the day. At least in my experience. Have had ups allot more than fedex.

Not really I would rather have someone who told me when they would be there as opposed to someone who over estimated just to cover their ass and make you feel better in the long run.

Fedex already came today!!!!!!! I'm so pissed I missed the ipod, but fedex came at 230 and nobody was home. I signed the doortag signature waiver so hopefully they will leave it at my door when they try again tomorrow.

Good timing though..very fast! (for me, 10/13 STV)

see now if they would have come when expected then there would be no suprises. of course they are just covering their part so nobody e-mails them and askes wheres my package it was scheduled for today. whereas ups knows exactly and is precise. anybody know about dhl they have been around for like 20 years but never gotten anything fron them.

For some wierd reason, I get a feeling that I should be "sick" and stay home from school and surprisingly it comes that same day... I never track any items either. I must have a special power or something P.

One of my computers was shipped DHL from Dell. They don't use them anymore I guess but it was good service. We get deliveries from them every sigle day at work. They must do more commercial deliveries than home.

As for UPS, they are great for some things but 3 times I sent something overnight through them and 3 times it took a week for the item to get there. I gave up.

I'm stuck at Data sent to FedEx, but not package, but who knows? Estimated delivery date today.
