I've got 7 yellows and 2 greens right now on the freepay xbox360 site. Some of the yellows have been yellow for over a month. Of those 7, I only know one of them personally. For those that I don't know, could I contact freepay myself to find out if any of them should be green, or do I have to let them contact freepay themselves?

Well it's not up to Freepay to figure out if they should green.
It's up to the yellows to do the offers. If they did an offer, they should green. If they didn't do an offer, they won't green.
