When you sign up for this offer, did you get a confirmation email right away? or was there a 1 day delay?
Just curious because I think I've been swindled by instantcast. My records and email indicate that I signed up on November 24th, it has a 4 day trial, and i canceled on November 28th. But the lady on the phone i talked do said i signed up on the 23rd and canceled on the 28th?

they are probably trying to scam you, they tried to charge me before my trial was up

they say their website is down, but i just cut out one of the commands in the address bar and the site is still running.
do you have the phone number to call them? can you PM me, i think this is a scam.

1 888 309 3841 <- I used this one and got someone to answer when i called.
1 866 661 1390 <- when i used this one, it says that no operators are available no matter what time or day i call, and require you to leave your number and message and they will try to get back to you.
I say use the first number.
I've seen a lot of complaints/negative feedbacks for this on ratetheoffers.com
What can I do now? Can Jake do anything about this? My bank statement says that I was charged on November 27th, which is STILL under my free trial, and according to my email i signed up for this offer on November 24th.
I tried arguing with them on the phone already to no avail. They insist that i signed up on November 23rd but my email says different.

i sent in a csr request, and called the number but it is closed at 6 pm est, so i will call again in the morning

i am still waiting to get credit for doing this offer.
i hope they don't charge me during my free trial period either....

i cancelled mine this morning, they said i was still in the free trial period and i wouldnt be charged. i also voice recorded part of the conversation so that if they do charge i have evicence to show my card company that i am not liable for the charge.

i cancelled mine, they said i was in the trial period still so i wont be billed, i made sure by telling my bank, not to accept any charges from their corp. also i got credit for the offer today, that was pretty quick compared to other people
