doing an offer more than once

just for clarification, u cant do the same offer more than once, even if you're doing it through different sites??? i've heard of people doing the same offer more than once, but i was wondering how this works, and will u get credit. does it depend on the offer? I don't see how you can sign up for the same offer more than once with out canceling..... ? .....but if anyone could tell me what's the deal, that'd be awsome
