Hmm .. Gratis hands out order numbers in the order which you place your orders, correct? I'm 10/22 STV with order #4631XX, but if you're 10/28 STV, it must mean you placed your order later than me and should have a higher order #. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong; I just thought that seemed a little uncanny.

vamoose 27 - you are right - i transposed my order number; its not 4624xx, but rather 4642xx. I posted right as I was heading out the door.
I placed the order 10/25/2004 61300 PM. I have no idea how I got so lucky - was already settled in for the wait! - here's hoping that everybody shipped and its just a slow update on the freeipods site.
