i was just looking on the hp website and it mentions the supported formats mp3, mp3VBR, and WAV. does this not include the iTunes standard aac?

im sure it does, or else it wouldnt work with itunes store
yup im pretty sure it does support it, im not sure why it doesn't list it though

If it's an iPod, it has to. That's the whole reason Apple made the iTunes music store - to sell iPods.

right. it makes sense, it was just weird that they didn't mention it. you'd think it would be a great selling point.
