I went green on a freepay site, but my credit card was denied for Toppik Hair Builders because I misreported the expiration date. HOWEVER, I was able to call them and provide them with the correct expiration date and my credit card went through. I wanted to know if this would be an issue for my account. I.E. Would I go red?
I did send in a ticket, but there was a typo.
"The first time I did the Toppik Hair Builders offer my credit card was denied because I misreported the expiration date on the credit card, but I was able to call them and fix that and my order with them is not processing. I wanted to know if this would affect the status of my account? Thank you for your time."
The typo is where not should be NOW. I did send back another inquiry to clarify, but I am not sure if it would be clear enough. I do not want to suggest to anyone that I am trying to fraud.
