FreephotoIpod.com Potential Scam

Alright, before you start flaming this thread, hear me out... I did a whois lookup on all of the Gratis sites, and every one of them have the same information EXCEPT freephotoipods.com.

I got concerned when I signed up for the site and it didn't make me say no to a million things before it gave me my referral link.

Each of these sites have the same info
freeipods.com
freeipod.com
freehandbags.com
freeflatscreens.com
freedesktoppcs.com

They are all registered through Register.com (including freephotoipods.com)

the differences are in the DNS servers, and the Administrative contact email.

You will see that the Gratis ones are all listed with these DNS servers
NS.RACKSPACE.COM 207.235.16.2
NS2.RACKSPACE.COM 207.71.44.121

And this Contact Email

Anyone else find it a little strange?

Here's the questions I ask myself
Why would Gratis drop the series of questions when signing up?
Why would they list different contact information, and host the site on a different server?
The price difference between the 20gb iPod and the photo iPod is not that great, so why ask for 10 referrals when a 27inch wega costs more and only requires 8....
Has anyone received their photoipod yet?

For SEO purposes, probably.. Sites that link to each other, and are on different servers look better to Google than ones on the same server.

The WEGA costs around $400, 8 referrals. The photo iPod is around $500, 10 referrals. $50/referral on both... whats so odd about that?

alright, forget what I said, I just looked at the link that opens when you try to complete an offer, it still goes through the gratisnetwork.com referral system...
