need help on manual credit

i am trying to get manual credit on nanos and i have sent them the email twice, each time they said i needed the headers, i copied and pasted everything in the email the second time, what am i missing? could somsone give me an example

I was told to open the email, hit forward, and then copy and paste it. And THAT will give them the information (whatever that may be) that they need.

I think the header would be this

From Company Name

Subject Subject of email they sent you

ill try the forward way
