I put in a support ticket for manual credit, and the instant response came back and said I should cut and paste the documentation into an "online submission form"? What is that, and where do I find it? Any help would be appreciated.

No, I did that, and the reponse they gave me was the cut and paste the documentation into an "online submission form"? This was the response from the support ticket
Sometimes credit for offers will not go through due to a variety of issues, but it is very rare. If you clicked on the offer via our site, and were legitimately interested, then you may still be able to get credit. Please make sure you have waited at LEAST 15 DAYS for the credit to appear in your account. Credit card offers can often take 30 days to appear on the account and require approval in order to be credited for the offer.
If you have done all of the steps above and still did not get credit for your offer, please do the following
Send us the confirmation email that you received indicating that you have signed up for the offer by [b4ce6249694]cutting and pasting the documentation into an online submission form[/b4ce6249694] and we will research the matter for you. Be sure that any E-Mail communication includes the date on which that E-Mail was sent.
This is an automated response. If you feel that this did not answer your question please respond to this message in the box provided below.
Any help?

I think that means you just have to reply with the information they asked for. The online submission form is probably just a message box.
Ok, so I asked them what an "online submission form" is, and this is what I got
In order to receive proper credit for completing an offer to your account, please copy and paste the entire confirmation email from the completed offer including all headers (From-To-Date-Subject), body messages and footers and send to us via this page. Thank you for your cooperation.
But there is nothing on the page to send it to them. They closed the ticket, for starters. And there is no email address given. Any help, anyone?!

Assuming you've done the offer correctly you should use the drop down arrow for the "Offer Type" box to click which type of offer Instant credit, Regular Offer, Credit Card offer.
Then in the "Question" box copy and paste your email confirmation of the offer that you received upon completion. This should include the header and footers so it has the date it was sent to you, etc.
I hope this answers your question, otherwise if it was not useful I apologize. Good luck w/ your situation! )
