can someone intentionally put you on hold?

Ok, so this guy PM's me and begs me to complete an offer for him. I agree to do it if he completes an offer for me. I complete ancestry.com so he gets instant credit. he signs up for one under me, but doesn't complete it. Later he asks me to sign him up for another offer where I'd have to actually pay to complete it. I told him he'd have to actually complete one of my offers first. At this point he gets really pissed off and tells me that he'll put me on hold. Is there some way I can stop him from doing that?

i don't think they can do anything to your account, except perhaps fake-fraud something, like use your email address to start another account? or such things? But in any case... i'd stop talking to this douche. and post his referrer link liEGli

thanks for responding guys. he told me he would "block" me now and once i completed his referral then he'd "unblock" me... whatever that means. i'll post his referral link if i end up getting "blocked."
