So I got my 5 referrals, Im in the Sent to Vendor, Waiting on Product phase. My order was placed on 9/7. Anyways Ive been talking to people and it seems like no one has recently rceived there IPod. If you have received your IPod what date was your order placed, I'm looking for more recent dates. Also Is there anyone before 8/7 that has not received there IPod.

Shitload of ipods just went out recently... But if you are 9/7 you have a LONG time to wait trust me... I think they are still some 8/6 left, but all 8/4 are done

If you stick with the original Apple iPod, I'd assume at least four weeks from yesterday. If you switch to the HP iPod (HPod), you may ship faster, although the option to switch has been active since around 400 EST on Wednesday Sept. 8, and according to what I have heard thus far, the HPs ship to freeipods.com people in the order they opted to switch to the HPod. Make sense? )

If HP wants their tattoo's to take off and be customizable, like i read they would be... somewhere..., they'll have to sell them somewhere. Then all the lamers who have regular iPods can get them and use them as well...
Hmmmm... There are slight size differences between the 20 and the 40 - Different size tattoos?
Oh yeah... You should look for about 1 month from redeem to receive. That seems to be about normal but we will see what the whole hPod switch will do. I was pretty quick on the draw and ordred 9/8 so i'll be a good test dummy.

about the one month ideology I would not believe it. I'm an 8/24 and it's closing in on a month quickly. With the HP ipods, that may be somewhat accurate. I switched a few hours after they began allowing it. But if it were still just Apples, I'd honestly say more like 2 months.

The 8/4s took about a month and a week roughly, why do you say it will take over 2 months for recent orders like 9/1?

If you've placed your order, check your order status. If it says "20GB HP iPod (if available)" on the ORDER page, then you've switched. If not then try again...maybe they pulled the option now?

Hopefully having the Hpod there will speed up the whole process, but seeing as the Hpod is also made by apple, I could see it becoming backordered too... Which brings me to my next point, Steve Jobs is a moron...

I heard HP took over Hpod production, which should speed it up enough (as long as they take off) in order to greatly increase the speed of everyone, I'm sure the wait won't even be as long as it was for 8/4s due to the sheer idea of supply and demand, supply doubled, demand remained the same, it all works out to my getting my Ipod faster
