From green to grey?

Hi there everyone, one of my referrals signed up for AOL, and has already received his iPod. However, his account has been changed to "sdfasfd@yoggin.com" (???) in my Check Status section, and don't have credit for him anymore. Any ideas on what went wrong? Any help is appreciated.

there is obviously some strange things going on at gratis.

i was STV 10/22 and now im on hold, i never broke any rules and im on hold. (yea, i realize thats what they all say...) but seriously, i have no reason to cheat to get my referals, i got almost all of them from donating here to have my link put up on the front page.

I hear that they are putting everyone on hold that are like joining any forums that have to do with canceling and stuff...

Oh, one more thing. The website has allowed me to Request Approval - but the thing is, I only have 4 referrals. Perhaps they already gave me credit for the one they changed from green to grey? Do you guys think I should press the Request Approval button?

grey means that the person is on hold.
