When you send in a customer service request it says to wait up to 15 business days. Do those include Saturdays for Freepay, or just Monday-Friday?

Thanks.

Are you sure Freepay business days aren't Monday 11am through Monday 1pm? Sorry, my approval time is making me pessimistic. horse

It says to wait up to 2 days for a response to your question.

The 15 day wait refers to how long you should wait for offer credit to appear before inquiring about receieving credit manually.

I'm sorry, let me rephrase that for you.

In terms of the 15 day wait in regards to requesting manual credit, freepay's sites say to way 15 [bc58211e83e]business[/bc58211e83e] days before sending in a request. I was just wondering what business days are defined as by Freepay. Mon-Fri, or Mon-Sat? I'm thinking it's probably Mon-Fri like someone else pointed out but getting the 100% correct answer from you would be cool, too )

Nah, they're Monday through Friday. Whenever anyone says "Business Days" they ALWAYS mean "Monday through Friday." Even though many stores happen to be open on Saturday that doesn't make Saturday's business days. The term "Business Day" is as common and universally understood as saying "Every Other [x]" and meaning the pattern of "on, off, on, off, on, off." It's independent of the individual business. Totally common sense.
