Ok, I really don't want this to turn into a topic where everyone flames about how long it's taking to approve... so if you are thinking about doing that go to one of the other two threads where they are doing that. I just want to know how long people have been having to wait to get approval for premium ipods. Thanks for the help.
I was approved on 13 October, the day after it was released. IIt took ten business days to get approved. I'm still processing though, about 20 business days so far cry I really hope it doesn't take much longer....

I req. approval on the 10/13 and was approved and processing on 10/26. Hope that helps.

Wow Freepay seems to be lagging. I guess it's the demand from Germany.
Yeh it's probably those damn germans and all their orders. That and the popularity of the ipod vid. I sent in a ticket to freepay and they told me that there's a 2-3 week delay for the ipod vids. I can't figure whether that's 2-3 weeks from when I went processing or 2-3 weeks from when I sent in ticket. I really really want it now. Just to wave around and brag to all my mates.

I been processing since 13 Oct and not been STV yet! How comes you already been approved and STV? Where you from? Did you order black or white ipod vid?

Damn, i guess freepay have got more ipods for you guys over there than us in England. I reckon the black ones are more popular as well, so waiting list for em is way longer than the white ones.

I submitted for approval on the 14th of November with 9 greens. Since I submitted, I've had 8 more people receive credit for their offers. Will those offers count even though they came in after I submitted?

yea, i was aproved today and ordered, so about 2 and a half weeks to order and lets see how long it takes to ship the black ipod.

I figured that since black was in such high demand if I went with white, it might ship faster. And if I decide I would rather have black, theres an apple store just a few minutes away. It will be interesting to see when the different colors ship.

you can cancle your order and re order teh white one... i think. On the nano's it was a difference of a week between the two colors.

Does anyone know where the Video iPods are shipping from? I believe the standard iPods were supplied by eCost in Memphis TN. I called them today to check their stock and I was told that they were currently at a stock level of negative five, but that they are getting them in about every week now.

Hopefully you'll get approved soon, so that I can know they're doing them ;)
