When you click on the offer, a pop-up window will tell you what you have to do in order to receive credit, and the amount of time it takes for the credit to appear.

Ancestry, Infone, and (unless it changed) Stamps are all instant. All of them only appear at certain times of the day and sometimes on certain days of the week. Just be patient and check back frequently.
Infone is still up, as it and Ancestry still come up on my offer lists for freeipods and freeflatscreens. Infone is the best one overall, as credit is instant AND it requires NO cancellation at any time (you never get charged for anything unless you use the service). Ancestry gives you a two-week trial and can be a bitch to cancel (just stand your ground). Stamps gives you a four-week trial but you have to cancel only during business hours (Pacific time) Monday through Wednesday, and you may be on hold for an hour before you can get through to cancel.
It all depends on how much time/energy/effort you're willing to spend.

I just did stamps.com this morning and it hasn't been credited to me yet (~6 hours later).

Cause he had an issue about the topic... Better than making a new topic is it not?
