I signed up for the Video Professor Online 5 day trial, but I've read that it usually takes a week or more to credit. So if I cancel within these 5 days, will they still credit me?

The only rule concerning cancellation is "Do not post specific cancellation information (eg. phone numbers), or post asking for them." In this case, I'm doing neither.
Now, what's the point of a 5 day free trial if you don't get credit within that time and you have to get billed in order to receive it? Is this credit really not free then?
