after "Processing" is probably "Sent to Vendor, Waiting on Product"
getting to that stage can take any amount of time. usually a few days though.

(...). after that you should try and do as much as you can to keep yourself busy and your mind off your ipod. best case scenario, you're ipod would prolly get shipped out late in november or early december

Ok. Question..the date that appears on the Status Page, is that the date as of Processing or is the the date from the beginning when your order has been placed?
I'm hoping to go STV by Wednesday. But I'll let you know..

If it's the smaller rectangle, as in everyone's signature, it's the date that it goes processing. If you want to check your STV date and the such, click on your order number and it'll take you to a more detailed description.
