Hmm,
A friend just complete a reff for me on FHB, and he got charged $1.01 on his card and received his welcome email.
However, on his account he isn't completed?
Does this happends a lot? What should we do?

How long have you waited? If over like a week or 2 then email Gratis and tell them.
