Hey, My girlfriend just called to cancel her Complete Home offer (yeah, the C word, but it really wasn't worth the money for her). Anyway, the lady on the phone told her, "we can see here that you signed up on the internet, which means you probably just want points for some free gift, but if you cancel this account before you free trial is over, we'll make sure you never get your free gift."
What's that? Where was that in the terms of the offer?
She cancelled anyway. Who would do business with a company that treats you that way?
