My friend tried to sign up and when he was entering his address and stuff, it exited and now he cant get back on to the part with his address. Any answers?

You don't actually need your address until you order anyway. They'll ask for it again. I think Gratis put that address form in there just to make you think they need your address right away so they can send you your Ipod as soon as possible because that's all they care about!
