Great I'm on hold.
I think I have been placed on hold because of the offer I did, MP3DownloadHQ.
When I was going through the steps to do this offer I was charged extra, I called them up and asked them to refund the difference, but they said they can't do that, they'd either refund everything I paid and close my account, or keep my account and not refund anything!
I decided to refund my full account, as I would have lost out on money otherwise.
I am happy to do another offer if that's what it takes to get my free iPod Nano!
