i got my 5 referrals but i can't seem to figure out what to do next

Complete your offer, if you haven't yet.
You need five greens, and one offer that you completed yourself.
Then the screen will change allowing you to let them review your completed referrals.

yes i have 5 greens and have completed my own but nothing has changed

Give it a little time, on my first offer it took about 3 hours to give me the option to be approved.
