I have referrals that are unique but they are using my credit card as they do not have credit cards. I believe that this is a violation of the ToS and will result in a hold on my account forever. Can these referrals be canceled? If I complete more than 5 referrals, with 5 being referrals with unique billing addresses, will I be placed on hold? Any advice would be appreciated.

if the referrals signed up for offers with the same billing address, will that result in a hold?

gratis still gets paid if the referral does a diff offer that the original person did with the same cc. So if they sign up with a diff offer with the same cc im sure gratis will get paid and won't mind.

The offer is done one per household, but the referral is using my credit card because he does not have a credit card to complete the offer with.
