Does anyone know the current status of the efax offer? It is showing up now, but are people still having trouble receiving credit? Freeipods says your account will be credited upon completion of the 30-day free trial, but it also says to keep it for at least 7 days. If you're not happy with it, efax says to cancel with a live chat option. Has anyone tried this? Are they hard to get a hold of?

hey, i did the Efax and dealth with the live chat person thing... it's as much as a pain in the ass as cancelling with a real person, but it works. just make sure that you get their word that they're going to cancel your trial, they'll do their damndest to get you to stay on. that's their job. just be firm.
don't know about the recieving credit situation, tho.
