I believe Gratis has absolutely no blame for the damage, it’s not their fault. This is, in my case a FedEx issue, but I believe a Sony issue in general. No matter what shipper this TV seems to get easily damaged, Sony needs better boxing or something that’s for sure. I think the TV is very front heavy and that cause tilting and dropping. Anyway yes I believe it is not Gratis fault the TV came broken, BUT, GRATIS IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN GET US GET A NEW TV. I have talked to Sony and FedEx, Sony will take the TV back (FedEx will pay for it latter in a claim) But Sony will not reship a new TV automatically, what they do is (like many companies) they cancel and reimburse the order to GRATIS CORPORATE CREDIT CARD. And then Gratis HAS TO RE-SUBMIT A NEW ORDER. That’s the procedure, no way around it. So Gratis please help, it’s a simple procedure just call Sony Customer care, they will credit your account and send us a new order.

Yea I got the same info from Sony!!
By the way my damaged TV won't even turn on, the screen is completely broken, and it has numerous cracks. Glass is even shattered on the screen. (
I don't have a digital camera or I would take pics.

Hopefully this gets worked out!

I should really open the box mine came in and see what it looks like. How long do we have to file a claim with FedEx/Gratis?

Uh honestly you should do it the same day you receive it. I'm sure you can still file a claim but the longer you wait the more painful it'll be...

"GratisGuy says request your return shipping label from Sony and then email Gratis Customer Support with attn GratisGuy Damaged Sony, include your Order Number and Tracking Number"

I spoke to GratisGuy (GRatis Rep) on the phone. So the deal is we call Sony customer here is the number 1 800 571 7669, and Sony will email you the tracking label and rma number to return the TV. Gratis will speak with Sony and gets us new TV's shipped and will do their best to provide us with tracking numbers as well.
