Notification for offer completion that was not completed.

I got a notification from gratis that I completed the real rhapsody offer, but I never did this offer. One of my refs went green, I am guessing they did real rhapsody, but why did I get the notification?

i think a few people have been having this problem and i believe its just a glitch.

id say contact customer support and see what they say about it.
