MP3 and AAC both on Ipod??

Can I put both Mp3's and AAC's on the Ipod at the same time? I have alot of music already in Mp3's that I don't want to convert. But want to convert CD's and new music to AAC's. And I want both these formats on my Ipod whenever it gets here, will this work?

yea u can

if you plan on importing mp3's into itunes, make sure you let it copy the albums to the itunes music directory. There's a crappy itunes glitch that makes it forget what directory older albums are in after you import more songs. You'll see it if you try.
